When will my website be ready?

Your full website is finished in 7 days once you approve the demo and provide your text, photos, and business details. If you need extra pages or features, we agree the timing with you first.

Can I keep my existing domain?

Yes. We help connect your new website to the web address you already own. If you need a new domain, we can help with that too. Hosting and domain support are included in Hands-Off (£15/month), required after launch for the £499 package and included in the £60/month package. You can select or upgrade to Hands-On (£29/month) for monthly text/photo updates.

What if I need to change my content?

Both builds include 3 rounds of revisions before launch. Afterwards, up to 30 mins of Monthly Content Edits are NOT included in either base build option. Monthly text/photo updates are only included if you select or upgrade to the Hands-On hosting tier (£29/month). Hands-Off (£15/month), including the hosting bundled with the £60/month package, has no monthly edit allowance. Any edits outside Hands-On are quoted separately.

When do I pay? Are there hidden fees?

For the one-off package, you pay £499 only after approving the free demo and choosing to go ahead; standard Hands-Off hosting (£15/month) is required after launch, or you can select Hands-On (£29/month). Alternatively, our monthly website package costs £60 per month with zero upfront cost and a 12-month contract minimum, rolling thereafter. It includes the complete up-to-5-page build plus Hands-Off technical hosting, SSL, domain management, and security updates (£15/month hosting value included), with no separate Hands-Off hosting charge. Neither base build option includes monthly content edits. Monthly text/photo updates, up to 30 minutes of monthly content edits, are only included if you select or upgrade to the Hands-On hosting tier (£29/month). Any extra work is quoted and agreed before it starts. No hidden fees.
